A sterilization pot is a sealed, pressurized heater used to heat food that is sealed inside a container. For food products that require commercial aseptic sterilization in sealed packaging containers, various sterilization pot systems can be used. The sterilization pot system has some common characteristics: the system is pressurized and transfers a temperature much higher than boiling water. The system uses a certain medium (called heating medium or sterilization medium) as a tool to transfer heat to the product. The media used in the pot include pure steam, hot water (the container is completely immersed in water, water spray or water spray) and steam/air mixture. Some systems use overpressure during sterilization and cooling processes to maintain container integrity and balance the pressure inside the tank. This is necessary because some packaging containers have limited tolerance for internal pressure. Some examples of overpressure sterilization containers include semi-rigid plastic containers with heat sealed or bimetallic seam can ends, soft bags, metal plates, cardboard containers, and glass cans. The pressure at 250 ℉ is approximately 15 PSI (pounds per square inch), and any pressure exceeding this 15 PSI applied to the sterilization pot is called overpressure. Providing overpressure, such as 25-35 PSI sterilization systems, can operate at higher temperatures. --The operation of the sterilization pot should be appropriate to ensure that the container achieves commercial sterility after sterilization. A sterilization pot is a pressure vessel that uses saturated steam or high-temperature hot water to heat treat canned food. In industrial production, canned food that needs to be sterilized is placed in a sterilization pot. Through continuous and uniform high temperature action, microorganisms in the food can be eliminated, and the activity of heat-resistant spores of biological enzymes can be destroyed to achieve commercial sterility, greatly extending the shelf life of canned food and allowing it to be stored at room temperature without deterioration. After sterilization, compressed air must be used to apply external pressure (commonly known as back pressure) to the can during the cooling process to protect it from excessive internal pressure and damage to the container. The sterilization pot equipment produced by our company has the advantages of good energy-saving effect, high productivity, automatic temperature display control, wide adjustment range, high control accuracy, corrosion resistance and noise reduction, and easy cleaning. 1. The temperature stability inside the tank is good, with uniform heat distribution. 2. The temperature rises quickly. 3. Indirect heating and cooling prevent secondary pollution. 4. Accurate pressure control, suitable for sterilization of gas containing packaging. 5. Suitable for various packaging materials. 6. The entire sterilization process is controlled by computer PLC. 7. The sterilization pot adopts a simulated temperature control system, which can set multi-stage heating mechanism. 8. The function of measuring F value. 9. The computer can store hundreds of sterilization formulas.
